backstage pass.

today we were lucky enough to hear about 'culture days' happening at massey hall. culture days = free all access tour of the concert hall. in otherwords, total awesomeness!

the tour was led by a massey hall volunteer, an older woman (maybe 70?) who was adors, and who really knew her stuff! and just when I thought I couldn't love her any more, she sang stompin' tom for us while we all stood on stage, just to show us the acoustics. I mean, cmon, right?! amaze.

the tour included the lobby, the dressing rooms, the stage, the century room, the green room and some other bar I can't remember, basically you see the whole place, loved it! (yes, I am a nerd)

culture days are still on tomorrow, if you have no sunday plans yet, I highly recommend it! did I mention it's free?
