oh, hi.

i just realized (or rather, it's been pointed out to me...) that it's been a week since i've posted anything here. i think it's the longest i've ever gone without putting something up! what can i say? life just seems to be getting in the way. but now with vacation and some birthdays done, and christmas prep well underway, i think i'm getting back into my old routine. and you know what routine means...taking on some project that i have decided i'd rather try myself than buy store bought. so, this year, i'm making a christmas centrepiece! floral foam now in hand (which is ridiculously hard to find in the city!), i'm going to tackle the construction of it later this week (but not tonite, because it's the hills and the city finales - don't judge). you can check back later this week to see it in all of it's glory, assuming of course that i'm not too embarrassed to post it.

other things to look for here this week: my favourite christmas songs. it's about that time of year when i build crazy itunes lists. any suggestions, send them my way!
