it's what i say to friends i haven't spoken to in a while. seems fitting to use here, non? yes, it's true. i've been neglecting my blog. so what have i been up to? well, aside from my usual tom foolery, i have been doing lunges. yes. lunges. tomorrow night is bowleraweserama. where awes people get together, drink their faces off, and bowl miserably. okay, just i bowl miserably. hence the lunges. i need some kind of competitive advantage! don't worry. there will be pics and stories galore. and if i can get some releases signed...you'll see them all here :)
